Technical Problems

Due to a telephone pole being burnt down opposite the surgery in Parkfield Road we are currently experiencing problems with our telephones, clinical & appointment system, emails & internet. The practice telephone has been set up to be diverted to the surgery mobile phone during working hours and Badger Harmoni out of surgery hours. You may experience delays when telephoning during working hours. Please come to the surgery if able do that we can deal with your enquiry. Please telephone 999 in the event of an emergency. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you & also thank you for your cooperation in this matter.
