Hazelwood Group Practice

Due to a telephone pole being burnt down opposite the surgery in Parkfield Road we are currently experiencing problems with our telephones, clinical and appointment system, emails & internet. The practice telephones have been set up to be diverted to the surgery mobile phone during 8.00am - 1.00pm   and 1.30pm - 6.30pm. During the hours of 6.30pm - 8.00am and 1.00pm - 1.30pm the telephones are being diverted to the Out of Hours call centre, Badger Harmoni. If able please come to the surgery so that we can deal with your enquiry. In the event of an emergency please telephone 999. If you are concerned about a neighbour, relative or elderly person if able please bring them to the practice.
