Hazelwood Group Practice is currently looking for new members to join the Patient Participation Group (PPG). The Practice would like to have a wide range of ages represented. Currently the group does not have parents of young children represented. Children under 5 years take up a significant proportion of appointments and therefore feel that this age range should be represented.
