Flu Vaccinations are now available at the Practice. If you would like to book an appointment to have a flu vaccination please telephone Reception on 01675 463165. You are eligible for a flu vaccination if you are in any of the following groups:

• 65 years of age or over  
• In at "At Risk" group  i.e.  Asthmatic, COPD, Diabetic etc
• You are pregnant  
• You are a Carer

If you are eligible and do not wish to have a flu vaccination please click on the     

"Do It Online" tab and complete the form.
