LIKELY:

Getting an appointment was a little difficult (I had to wait a week before one became available) although the nature of my enquiry meant that wasn't a big problem. Other than that, the experience was very good

Very satisfied with appointment arrangements

Most of the time the receptionist will get you appointment"

Very quick and efficient

Fast appointment really helpful

Surgery was very overcrowded today and I couldn’t park. I had a job getting to the front desk to sign in as well so maybe it would be better to space the appointments out more to avoid this happening.

Professional care but the appointment was 30 mins late

No problems with doctor. I have changed my address twice and it hasn’t been processed. Please amend!

Friendly helpful staff

Got through to a doctor to discuss my concerns and was taken seriously. Very professional and caring doctor who explained everything in layman’s terms."

NEITHER/ LIKELY OR UNLIKELY:

UNLIKELY:

The difficulty involved in making an appointment. The situation doesn’t work if you are required to speak to a GP before qualifying for an appointment

I went to see the doctor on 24th October who made a referral. I then received a letter to say the doctors need to carry out some tests before I can be referred. Should the doctor know what tests need to be carried out before making a referral. I think went to the surgery today and tried to make an appointment that my husband has into a joint appointment to ensure that there is no further delay and was told that I couldn’t change the appointment. The only additional thing that I needed was a BMI check. My appoint has now been moved from 4th December to 18th December for something the doctor should have done suiting the appointment that I attended 24th October

EXTREMELY LIKELY:

A diabetic review which did not help at all and wasn’t required
