Excellent service and help today.
Always good service by everyone.
NEITHER/ LIKELY OR UNLIKELY:
Never able to reach anyone unless you try to call for 1 hour between 8 and 9 am, which is absolutely uncompatible for anyone of working age.
Even so, vey unlikly to get an appointment as they have all been filled up anyway.
Actually looking to register to a another practise close to my workplace- thank god I have this opportunity.
I called the practice yesterday and Got through at 9:45, to be told there are no call backs left or appointments. Online it says the busiest times are 8/9:30 and not to feel like you need to call within that time as appointments are available throughout the day. Obvioulsy not.
I called today at 08:00am, I called 456 times ( numvber on mobile). The phone rang out 7 times and the rest it was busy. I got through just after 09:00am.
I start work at 08:00am so I cannot come when the surgery opens and wait.
You need more Staff!
