All England GP Practices were contracted to implement the ‘Friends and Family Test’ from 1st December 2014 with results to be published monthly.  The results are shown below:

Appointment easy to make. Doctor dealt well with my problem

We moved to the practice 3 years ago now and are consistently pleased with the service we have received. Staff on all levels and all areas eg Drs/pharmacists/receptionists are keen to please and do this with a smile going out of their way to do so! If that means calling you back or dealing with you on the spot! Well done to everyone at Hazelwood! Keep up the good work!

Prompt pleasant and expert advice

I have recently seen 2 of the doctors at our surgery who dealt with my problem but it is still on going. I very much wanted to see Dr Trish Wildboare as I feel she can sort me out but couldn’t get an appointment until April. So I asked to see Nurse Linda Eagles who is brilliant! She has helped me short term but has made me an appointment with Dr Wildboare tomorrow

a Nurse led clinic with longer appointment times and support networks to help make better informed decisions

Staff are fine and kind, waiting room is abysmal . Appointments are to difficult to get, very poor week end cover, not enough doctors to patient ratio. Whole premises need refurb to make patients feel cared for. Change at the top required. Out of date attitudes of owners

Not being able to get through on phone had to come up to the surgery to get a phone consultation
