How to Provide Feedback or Make a Complaint

We welcome feedback from our patients and use it to help us improve the care and services we provide. If you would like to share a suggestion, compliment or concern, please contact the practice team by phone, in person, or via our online contact form.

If you wish to make a formal complaint, our Complaints Procedure explains how to do this and what you can expect in response. All feedback and complaints are reviewed by the practice team so that we can learn, make improvements, and keep our patients informed about the changes we make.
