Appointment easy to make. Doctor dealt well with my problem

We moved to the practice 3 years ago now and are consistently pleased with the service we have received. Staff on all levels and all areas eg Drs/pharmacists/receptionists are keen to please and do this with a smile going out of their way to do so! If that means calling you back or dealing with you on the spot! Well done to everyone at Hazelwood! Keep up the good work!

I have recently seen 2 of the doctors at our surgery who dealt with my problem but it is still on going. I very much wanted to see Dr Trish Wildboare as I feel she can sort me out but couldn’t get an appointment until April. So I asked to see Nurse Linda Eagles who is brilliant! She has helped me short term but has made me an appointment with Dr Wildboare tomorrow

Staff are fine and kind, waiting room is abysmal . Appointments are to difficult to get, very poor week end cover, not enough doctors to patient ratio. Whole premises need refurb to make patients feel cared for. Change at the top required. Out of date attitudes of owners

Not being able to get through on phone had to come up to the surgery to get a phone consultation

The care i receive from dr Powell tuck is exceptional i have a cronic neurological condition. All of the staff and other medical practitioners at the surgery are accommodating and offer assistance when needed.

The surgery offers an excellent level of care with very useful call back service and many very good doctors

Went for blood pressure check and it was up, nurse put a 24 hour monitor on me and booked me in for blood test as I was. overdue my yearly Chech up.

I had no problems just booked my date to see the Doctor and had notifications telling me my date and time for my appointment as it got nearer the day

Happy with treatment received and found doctor to be attentive to my problems and had a very good manner. Bit of a queue at reception though as the screen to log your arrival wasn’t working and everyone had to speak to the receptionists who were struggling with the constant telephone requests for appointments

I’ve had nothing but good experiences at Coleshill doctors. I have seen Christopher Dean on a number of occasions and he makes me feel very comfortable and is extremely helpful. I’ve also had a recent check up with Carole and was in and out in 10 mins with everything I needed. Very pleased with the service provided.”

Frequently it is very hard to get through on the phone to arrange a phone appointment or physical appointment. I have not tried using the app to book an appointment yet but I will try it next time

Apart from having to wait 10 days for my appointment the doctor diagnosed the problem promptly sent me for x.rays and his diagnosis was confirmed.

An appointment was made but the nurses would not be able to do the blood test required so why allow the patients to book the appointment Firtunately I was on holiday that day but if I had had to arrange time off work I would not have been impressed

It took 2 years with me hassling and going back and forth to the gps at this practise to be diagnosed with cin 1 – cancerous cells on the cervix.

Waste of time phoning it took me 54minutes to get a ringing tone and then cut me off. 3 weeks for appointment it all wants reorganising want it. Wants is a further surgery in the area so you can walk in and wait

It took me 224 attempts to get through and 2 of those, it actually rang out but no one answered!
